Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to support the company’s online presence across various social media platforms. This role is suitable for individuals at the early stage of their career who are eager to develop practical experience in social media management and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and updating the company’s social media accounts on a regular basis.
• Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media posts.
• Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement across platforms and report accordingly.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication and posting guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining content calendars and posting schedules.
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare simple reports when required.
• Stay informed about platform updates and social media trends relevant to the role.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience or relevant academic exposure in social media or digital platforms.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Good written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow defined processes.
• Ability to work on-site during assigned working hours.
