About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Video Content Executive who will manage our social media presence, create engaging video content, and handle basic video shooting and editing. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, understands social media trends, and can turn ideas into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, and videos
• Shoot short-form video content using camera or smartphone
• Edit videos for social media (reels, shorts, promotional videos)
• Create captions, hashtags, and basic content calendars
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform algorithms
• Coordinate with the team to align content with brand goals
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, After Effects, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of video shooting, framing, and lighting
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form platforms
• Creativity with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience managing brand or business social media accounts
• Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
• Photography skills are a plus
