At TheBoredMonkey, we help brands stand out with content that connects, converts, and compels. Our work lives at the intersection of creativity, culture, and performance. We’re now looking for a young video editor who can bring energy and relevance to our social-first edits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Add trendy transitions, captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
• Adapt edits to various formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) based on platform needs.
• Support senior editors by preparing rough cuts and editable assets.
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply them to content.
• Work on performance-oriented video edits that drive views and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in video editing for social media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory); basic knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
• Understanding of content pacing, storytelling, and thumb-stopping edits.
• Familiarity with subtitles, stock assets, and basic sound/music syncing.
• A keen eye for detail and a pulse on what’s trending.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked on brand videos or ad creatives.
• Know tools like CapCut or Canva for quick edits.
• Can do basic animated text or lower-thirds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
