SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a highly creative Social Media Video Editor & Content Creator to bring our content to life across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form platforms.
This role is responsible for editing high-performing, scroll-stopping video content and supporting on-set and in-office content capture. You’ll work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to transform raw footage into engaging, platform-native content that drives views, engagement, and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video Editing (Primary Focus)
- Edit high-volume short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Content Capture & Videography
- Assist in shooting content in-office and on-location (events, campaigns, activations)
- Capture high-quality video footage optimized for social platforms
- Support lighting, framing, and overall production quality
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with Content Creators and Marketing team to execute creative concepts
- Contribute ideas for improving content performance through editing and storytelling
- Help refine content formats, pacing, and structure based on performance
Platform & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date on TikTok and social media trends, editing styles, and formats
- Bring fresh ideas for transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques
- Continuously evolve editing style to stay relevant and competitive
Copywriting Support (Bonus)
- Assist with writing captions, hooks, and on-screen text when needed
- Help refine messaging to improve engagement and clarity
- Ensure tone aligns with brand voice across content
Performance Awareness
- Review content performance and apply learnings to future edits
- Understand what drives retention, shares, and engagement
- Cut, sequence, and enhance footage to maximize engagement, retention, and watch time
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and trending elements to elevate content
- Ensure all edits feel native to each platform and align with current trends
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in video editing for social media (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Basic videography skills (shooting, framing, lighting)
- Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and short-form storytelling
- Experience with motion graphics, captions, and sound design
- Copywriting skills are a strong plus
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume, fast-turn content
