Social Media Video Editor/ Reels Editor

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Reels Creator & Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging, and viral short-form videos for social media platforms. You must be up to date with the latest trends, capable of incorporating AI-generated content, and skilled in video editing techniques like color grading, transitions, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) based on current social media trends.
• Enhance video content using AI tools to generate visuals, animations, or voiceovers.
• Apply professional video editing techniques, including color grading, smooth transitions, and effects.
• Research trending formats, audio, challenges, and styles to ensure our content stays relevant.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to develop creative video concepts that align with brand identity.
• Maintain a consistent visual style while experimenting with innovative editing techniques.
• Edit and repurpose long-form content into engaging, high-retention short clips.
• Stay updated on the latest editing tools, AI video technology, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating viral social media content (Portfolio required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI-powered video tools (Runway, HeyGen, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Ability to color grade, enhance footage, and apply visual effects creatively.
• Excellent storytelling and pacing skills for short-form content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Passion for social media, digital content creation, and viral marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in motion graphics and animation.
• Background in photography or cinematography.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• proficiency in editing tools (Premier Pro & After Effects)
