Befitting You Medical Supply is a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider specializing in orthotics, prosthetics, compression therapy, diabetic footwear, and lymphedema management.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Website Marketing Coordinator to help us tell our story, expand our reach, and strengthen our digital presence.

Position Summary

The Social Media & Website Marketing Coordinator will manage all aspects of our online marketing, including our website, social media platforms, and digital content.
This individual will collaborate with company leadership to promote our products, educate patients, and build awareness of our clinical and retail services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain company website pages and product listings.
  • Create engaging, HIPAA-compliant content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage our Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate listings and responding to reviews.
  • Design graphics and social posts using Canva or Adobe Creative tools.
  • Track and report social media engagement and web traffic using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns for store openings, new product launches, and community outreach.
  • Work with clinical staff to highlight patient education, physician partnerships, and success stories.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with Medicare and DME compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (healthcare experience a plus).
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, or similar web platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations for marketing in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
