- Plan and create engaging content for real estate projects – posts, reels, stories, banners, project updates.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and project positioning.
2. WhatsApp Marketing & Broadcast Management
- Create and manage WhatsApp broadcasts, promotional messages, and project alerts.
- Maintain updated WhatsApp groups and customer lists (buyers, leads, brokers).
- Respond politely and promptly to WhatsApp inquiries and forward leads to the sales team.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Use social media campaigns and WhatsApp messages to generate new inquiries for projects.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions generated from social media.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely handling of leads.
4. Creative Coordination
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- Arrange content shoots at project sites (walkthrough, amenities, possession, progress).
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives for campaigns and promotions.
5. Social Media Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and DMs across social platforms.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and community pages for better reach.
- Maintain positive brand image and ensure quick resolution of queries.
6. Campaign Management & Boosting
- Assist in executing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (boosting/post promotions).
- Coordinate with marketing managers for budget planning and performance tracking.
- Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and lead quality.
7. Project Promotion & Updates
- Share project progress updates (construction photos, videos, milestones).
- Promote site visits, offers, events, new launches, and festival campaigns.
- Ensure timely communication during special campaigns and festival seasons.
8. Database & CRM Support
- Maintain a clean database of leads from WhatsApp and social media.
- Update CRM regularly with new inquiries and follow-up notes.
- Track status of leads and coordinate with the sales team.
9. Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for social media performance, reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Analyze best-performing content and recommend improvements.
- Track WhatsApp broadcast delivery, read rate, and response results.
10. Competitor & Market Research
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities, campaigns, and content style.
- Suggest new ideas to stay ahead in digital presence.
- Explore trending formats and hashtags relevant to real estate.
11. Branding & Communication Standards
- Maintain brand tone, template consistency, and quality across all communication.
- Ensure no misinformation is shared regarding pricing, approvals, or project details.
