Social Services (social worker/case manager)-Analyst

Job Summary
Jada Systems are seeking to fill a role with one of our clients in Alhambra for a detail-oriented social worker/case manager Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Review applications and determine eligibility for rental assistance programs
• Calculate income to determine rental portion for program participants
• Review leases and execute contracts with property owners
• Review and process Annual Reexaminations for program participants
• Manage intake logs
• Assist with walk-in lobby visits
• Assist with responding to general program emails

Minimum Requirements

• Experience reviewing applications and determining eligibility for housing or public assistance programs
• Ability to calculate household income and apply program eligibility criteria
• Experience reviewing leases, contracts, or program documentation
• Experience conducting recertifications or case reviews
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain intake logs and case records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or case management systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including assisting walk-in clients and responding to emails

Pay: $24.00 per hour
