This is an in-office role and not a telecommute or remote position.Are you the One? We are looking for a Social Worker (Case Manager III), who works under general supervision of CLTC Area Administrator. Serves as Case Manager Il. Assists in the implementation of a system of case management for Medicaid eligible applicants and enrolled participants. Assists other CLTC offices with essential job functions according to program needs. Trains workers and performs assigned quality assurance activities and compliance activities as directed. Travel to location of assigned cases necessary for this position. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
A Bachelor's Degree in social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, or from a social work or social welfare program offered by a regionally accredited institution, plus one (l) year of experience as a professional social worker.MANDATORY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT: Must have current licensure by the SC Board of Social Work Examiners.Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license.Lifting requirements: 20 lbs.Requires holder to drive routinelyIn-office Role
