Soft Service Supervisor

Job Summary:

Oversee and manage all soft services (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management) across SBK Real Estate properties, ensuring high standards, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of soft services teams.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage vendors and monitor performance.
• Handle tenant complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Maintain service reports and KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in soft services/facility supervision.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
