Soft Service Supervisor

Job Purpose

To oversee and manage soft services operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource utilization, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide effective supervision of all soft services activities during the shift.
  • Plan, allocate, and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Optimize use of manpower and resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain high standards of cleaning and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with client representatives and address service-related concerns.
  • Train, guide, and instruct team members to ensure consistent performance.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Senior Supervisor: 4–5 years of experience in soft services within the UAE.
    • Supervisor: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of cleaning operations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work towards clearly defined objectives and foster team collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and manage teams.
  • Good customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
  • BICS certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to operate a golf cart as per operational requirements.
