Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

Plan, execute, and close soft services projects across multiple sites.

Manage projects related to cleaning, security, housekeeping, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and other soft services.

Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Operations & Service Delivery

Oversee day-to-day soft services operations during project implementation.
-
Ensure services meet SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
-
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
-
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
-
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and service providers.
-
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure contract compliance.
-
Act as the main point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers.
-
Resolve operational issues, escalations, and client concerns effectively.
Financial & Commercial Control
-
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost forecasts.
-
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-
Support tendering, contract negotiations, and renewals.
-
Ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
Compliance, Health & Safety
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.

Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements across all sites.

Conduct risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Team Leadership
-
Lead, motivate, and support site supervisors and operational teams.

Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
-
Ensure adequate staffing levels and effective workforce planning.
