Soft Services Supervisor (With Valid Driving License)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and housekeeping operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage cleaning staff at assigned locations
• Ensure all soft services are delivered according to company standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to management
• Coordinate manpower allocation and duty schedules
• Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
• Train staff on safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Handle staff attendance, discipline, and performance monitoring

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in soft services / cleaning supervision
• Valid Qatar driving license (Mandatory)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in facility management companies
• Ability to join immediately
