Housekeeping Supervisor-Facility Maintenance

We are hiring an experienced housekeeping supervisor on behalf of a leading Facilities Management (FM) company in Qatar. We are looking for an experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained across the facility.

Job Location: Doha
Vacancies: 1 Position
Employment Type: 15-day contract
Salary: QAR 3500 (All inclusive)
Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week, 9 Hours per Day

As a dedicated housekeeping professional, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises. The candidate should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to follow cleaning procedures effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff
• Inspect rooms, classrooms, washrooms, and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards
• Assign daily tasks and duty schedules
• Train and guide housekeeping staff
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Handle cleanliness-related complaints promptly
• Prior experience working in a school environment is required/preferred

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a housekeeping supervisor or similar role
• Prior school experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and procedures
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts
