A dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant is required to maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in a luxury hospitality environment. The role ensures a welcoming and comfortable experience for all guests while adhering to the highest hygiene and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to luxury standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest supplies and amenities.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or any irregularities to the supervisor promptly.
- Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of room status, lost and found items, and cleaning supplies inventory.
- Support the housekeeping team and follow guidance from supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout all areas of responsibility.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical usage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
