What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the person who helps students actually find their voice — not just ace exams.

• Train students from Classes 3 to 12 on soft skills, spoken English, confidence-building and real-world communication skills
• Run engaging, high-energy training sessions that make kids want to show up
• Conduct skill-building events for teachers and parents
• Lead community awareness events that uplift the ecosystem around the school
• Maintain structured documentation, reports, and student progress records
• Collaborate with school teams to build a stronger, more expressive generation

What You Need

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (any stream)
• Strong communication skills
• A natural ability to connect with children
• Confidence, clarity, and creativity in training
• Bonus if you’ve ever worked in education or youth development — but passion matters more

Pay: ₹11,054.88 - ₹27,085.56 per month
