Soft Skills Trainer

Solomon People Solutions is looking to expand its network of experienced Freelance Soft Skills Trainers across the UAE and GCC region.

We are seeking dynamic, engaging, and highly professional trainers who can deliver impactful corporate training programs for clients across various industries including government, oil & gas, retail, manufacturing, aviation, logistics, hospitality, banking, education, and healthcare.

This opportunity is ideal for trainers who are passionate about adult learning, facilitation, leadership development, and workforce capability enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and hybrid training sessions
• Facilitate discussions, case studies, simulations, and activities
• Customize training content based on client requirements
• Maintain professional interaction with corporate clients
• Ensure achievement of learning objectives and participant engagement
• Submit training reports, attendance, and feedback after sessions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of corporate training experience
• Experience delivering soft skills or leadership programs in the GCC preferred
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Strong command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to engage multicultural audiences
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in training, HR, coaching, leadership, or behavioural sciences preferred
• Experience with both in-person and online training delivery
