The Software Account Manager at Adree will take on a vital role in driving sales and maintaining robust relationships with our software clients. This position requires a combination of sales prowess and customer service expertise, with a focus on expanding our market presence and meeting customer needs effectively.

  • Identify and engage potential sales leads and set appointments to demonstrate company software solutions.
  • Convert prospects into qualified leads and opportunities, creating a healthy revenue pipeline.
  • Manage accounts within a specific territory, fostering strong relationships and understanding client profiles.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer accounts, and prospects using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales with a customer-centric approach.
  • Deliver timely sales reports, providing insights into performance and market trends.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
  • Report on customer feedback, market opportunities, and competitive activities to management.
  • Engage in demand generation, pipeline management, and proactive sales efforts.
  • Seek new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media.
  • Prepare and present effective sales presentations tailored to clients' needs.
  • Establish pricing and discount structures in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Follow-up on customer projects and inquiries using our CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed set targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in software sales and account management.
  • Results-driven self-starter with a record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and market dynamics.
  • Ability to learn and retain product knowledge swiftly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
