Provide prompt and effective technical support to retail and restaurant clients via phone, email, or chat.

Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues and provide solutions.

Assist with software installation, configuration, and updates.

Collaborate with the development and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions.

Offer guidance and training to clients on software features and functionality.

Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software systems.
  • Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.
  • IT certifications or relevant training is a plus.
