Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage the overall technical ecosystem (Amazon, website, internal systems)
• Build and implement AI-driven workflows for operations, including inventory, forecasting, customer insights, and reporting
• Develop, optimize, and scale dashboards, tools, and automation pipelines
• Maintain and enhance e-commerce platforms (WordPress or custom systems)
• Integrate and manage APIs (Amazon SP-API, shipping, payments, CRM, etc.)
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automation-first solutions
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into scalable systems
• Ensure system performance, security, and reliability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software development or system architecture
• Strong expertise in system design and scalable architectures
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or LLM-based workflows
• Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and API integrations
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, WooCommerce, Shopify, or custom)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Ability to design AI-powered automation to reduce manual effort across operations
• Experience with Amazon SP-API, ERP/inventory systems, or automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) is a plus
• Exposure to AI frameworks, RAG systems, or prompt engineering is preferred
• Strong ownership mindset with a practical, execution-focused approach
