Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Design cloud native, scalable, secure architectures for decisioning workloads leveraging component based decisioning platform.
• Architect solutions integrating:
• Real time decision engines
• Rules based processing workflows
• Predictive analytics models
• High volume data ingestion pipelines
• Design end to end API driven and event based integrations across products and client systems.
• Produce architectural artifacts: HLDs, LLDs, integration diagrams, data flows, and cloud blueprints.

2. Responding to qualified bid opportunities

• Provide solution leadership and architectural guidance for cloud based decisioning initiatives.
• Validate end to end solution designs across customer s capabilities, including real time decision engines, rules platforms, workflow orchestration, and data services.
• Shape and review the architectural approach aligned with customer s cloud strategy and enterprise patterns.
• Estimate delivery effort, scope, cost, and architectural risks.
• Support Presales and Bid Management in RFP/RFI and commercial proposal activities.

3. Decisioning Expertise

• Translate decisioning use cases credit approval, cross sell, fraud management, collections into robust technical design patterns optimized for cloud execution.
• Support integration of Customer s data sources (internal, external, credit bureau, third party) into cloud native decisioning workflows.
• Enable real time decision automation with high availability, low latency, and strong data governance.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Product Owners, Data Science teams, Engineering Leads, and regional stakeholders across EMEA & APAC.
• Work with global architect communities to ensure alignment with Customer's enterprise standards and platform roadmaps.
• Participate in client solutioning and pre sales conversations when deep technical guidance is required.

5. Governance & Quality Assurance

• Conduct architectural reviews and non functional requirement assessments, as done in other Customer architecture roles.
• Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies for resiliency, data security, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Customer s cloud security and governance frameworks.

6. Technical Leadership

• Mentor engineering teams in cloud native patterns like microservices, serverless, container orchestration
• Promote reusable architectural patterns and contribute to enterprise reference architectures and roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and ML capabilities in decisioning architecture where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Solid experience designing cloud native, distributed systems (AWS preferred).
• Deep understanding of:
• Real time decisioning engines and rules orchestration
• API driven and event based architectures
• Data streaming, batch processing, and integration patterns
• IaC (Terraform), containerisation, Kubernetes
• Cloud security patterns and IAM
• Knowledge of identity, access management, encryption, and cloud security patterns aligned with Customer's global standards.

Experience

• 10+ years in solution architecture, cloud architecture, or technical design roles.
• Experience with large scale, high availability platforms in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with decisioning platforms, financial services, banking, or analytics ecosystems is a strong plus
