Software Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Software Business Development Executive to join our growing IT services company. The ideal candidate will have experience in software sales, SaaS and a strong ability to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software development
• Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person)
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing estimates
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in software/IT sales or business development
• Strong understanding of SaaS, web/mobile app development, or digital solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Valid work authorization (Dependent Visa holders eligible.
