Software Commercial Performance

Own the economic performance, monetization strategy, and commercial health of Stellantis’ software portfolio. Act as primary architect of pricing, packaging, revenue operations, and investment governance to maximize margin, growth, and capital efficiency.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monetization & Pricing Strategy: Own pricing, packaging, bundling, tiering, and trial strategy. Define North American pricing corridors and governance. Lead feature gating and upsell architecture.
• Revenue Operations & Funnel Economics: Own activation, conversion, and renewal economics. Forecast ownership and performance. Define and optimize revenue funnels by model, market, and channel.
• Product & Feature Economics: Build feature-level ROI and cost models. Partner with product to prioritize roadmap ROI. Own margin architecture including data costs.
• Business Case & Investment Governance: Standardize business business cases. Lead ROI governance. Influence capital allocation and portfolio tradeoffs.
• Executive Performance Storytelling: Own software P&L narrative. Develop portfolio health dashboards and executive materials.
