Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective configuration solutions, while also participating in discussions to enhance the configuration management process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure configurations meet business needs. - Document configuration processes and maintain accurate records to support future reference and audits. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with customization and integration of enterprise content management systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues effectively. - Familiarity with version control systems and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
