Job/Role Description:

Seeking an L1 Support Analyst to provide frontline operational support for Veeva Vault and RIM applications in the Life Sciences domain. Responsibilities include user support, incident handling, system monitoring, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

1+ years of experience in ITSM tools, ServiceNow

1–3 yrs of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and/or RIM systems.

1–2 yrs of experience in user management, permissions, and workflow troubleshooting.

1–3 yrs of customer-facing support with strong communication skills.

1–2 yrs troubleshooting SaaS application issues in operational environments.

Key Skills: Veeva Vault – RIM, ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
