Software Developer (MERN / .NET)
Location: Bahadurabad
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Software Developer to join our client’s fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building end-to-end solutions, understands both front-end and back-end development deeply, and is eager to contribute to scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework).
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that are clean, efficient, and maintainable.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices, and integrate them with front-end components.
• Maintain high code quality through best practices such as automated testing, peer reviews, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.
• Contribute ideas and technical insights to product design and architecture discussions.

Technical Skills & Experience

• 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong command of either:
• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, REST APIs, Redux/Context API, ES6+, and TypeScript.
• .NET Stack: C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework/Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, version control systems, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Solid grasp of database design, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code that scales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and collaborative workflows.
• Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
