Software Developer

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building innovative, high-performance digital solutions. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications, create scalable front-end (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and back-end (Laravel, PHP) systems, and design robust RESTful APIs with third-party integrations. You will work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server, implement secure authentication (Laravel Passport), and build clean, reusable, and scalable code. The role also involves developing modern UI components using TailwindCSS and ShadCN, managing notifications via email, SMS, and Firebase, and handling scheduling, queues, file processing, auditing, and reporting. You will ensure strong security, validation, testing, and performance optimization, deploy applications using Docker and cloud platforms, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while staying updated with industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP 8.2+) and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2/token-based authentication, and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with Docker and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of responsive cross-platform development.
• Experience with auditing, logging, and reporting tools (Laravel Auditing, DOMPDF, PhpSpreadsheet).
• Background in task scheduling, queues, and file handling in Laravel.
• Strong UI/UX skills using TailwindCSS and component libraries (ShadCN).
• Excellent debugging, optimization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Firebase push notifications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience working within Agile/Scrum teams.
