Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Development: Design, develop, and implement ERP system modules to support manufacturing operations including inventory management, sales, finance, purchasing, Production ,HR,Import ,Store inventory ,QC etc.
• Customization & Integration: Customize the ERP system to meet specific business requirements and integrate it with other software tools.
• System Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain the ERP system to ensure security, stability, and scalability.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues. Ensure any system downtime or errors are minimized.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and customize reports to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in analyzing system data to improve business processes.
• User Training & Documentation: Train staff on using the ERP system efficiently and provide user manuals or documentation for new features.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as management, sales, finance, purchasing, Production ,HR,Import ,Store inventory ,QC to understand their needs and implement ERP solutions accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years proven experience in ERP development, implementation, and customization (preferably in Manufacturing similar environments).
• Strong proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar.
• Experience with databases (ERP NEXT ,SQL, MySQL, etc.) and software development languages (Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing processes i
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
