Software & Application Developer (Front-End / UI) — Required “stack”

Must be able to deliver:

• Mobile-responsive web UI (public portal + backoffice) and role-based dashboards.
• Arabic/English UI (including RTL handling and i18n).
• Accessibility features: screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, color contrast.
• Inspector experience: mobile-enabled UI with offline mode and time-stamped logs.
• GIS Web App front end: map interaction (pan/zoom/query), layer toggle, analysis tools, advanced search/filtering.

CV keywords / evidence to request (tech language):

• HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript (or equivalent modern web skillset), responsive design, offline-first/PWA patterns, i18n/RTL, accessibility (WCAG/508-type exposure), secure auth flows (SSO/OAuth concepts).
