We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of resolving software issues and implementing enhancements. As a Software Developer, you will act as a team leader on projects, guiding and directing the work of other developers. You will also participate in the development of software user manuals and contribute to the overall success of our development team.
This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Resolve software problems and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Act as a team leader on projects, instructing, assigning, directing, and checking the work of other software developers.
Participate in the development of software user manuals to ensure comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
Develop application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
Utilize software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc., in conjunction with Microsoft SQL Server databases and the Microsoft .NET development environment.
Engage in agile and hybrid low-code application development to deliver efficient solutions.
Five (5) years of relevant experience in software development.
Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
Proficiency in using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
Familiarity with software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc., and experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) are highly desirable.
Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $194,000.00.
