Software Developer (Full Stack)

What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full‑stack developers

Design and architect scalable backend systems and secure APIs

Contribute hands‑on to frontend and backend development when required

Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices

Collaborate with Product, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely delivery

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive innovation

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 5–8 years in software development
(Minimum 3 years in a leadership role)

Skills:
Backend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python, or .NET
Frontend: React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
Databases: MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
Architecture: MEAN, MERN, or LAMP

Bonus: React Native or Flutter experience

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality solutions
