Software Developer - Python

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and deploying AI-driven applications and systems. You will work on a variety of projects, from developing machine learning models to integrating them into scalable software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models, algorithms, and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI-driven software systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and other software developers to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug AI models and software systems.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills: Proficiency in Python is essential.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks: Solid experience with at least one major framework, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of core AI/ML concepts: Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and principles of machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
• Experience with data manipulation: Proficiency with libraries like Pandas and NumPy for data handling.
• Familiarity with software development best practices: Experience with Git for version control and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI fields.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their AI/ML services.
• Experience with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for deploying machine learning models.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
• A portfolio of AI projects or a GitHub profile.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
