Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and functionality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to improve application performance and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of application development life cycle. - Experience with troubleshooting and debugging application code. - Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
