Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing multiple components of application code across various clients. Your typical day will include collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, addressing any issues that arise, and contributing to the overall improvement of application performance and functionality. You will also be involved in maintenance and enhancement activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong analytical skills to assess complex financial data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with financial reporting and compliance standards. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions. - Familiarity with SAP modules and integration points related to finance and controlling. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
