Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful execution of projects, performing maintenance and enhancements, and contributing to the overall development work required to meet client needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions while adapting to changing project requirements and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress and address challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with data modeling and report creation in Microsoft Power BI. - Familiarity with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for data manipulation. - Ability to integrate Power BI with various data sources for comprehensive reporting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
