Job Description Summary

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

• Manage and optimize containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker.

• Support and maintain production systems in customer-facing environments.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.

• Create clear documentation to support processes and solutions.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Linux/Unix, and Windows environments.

• Understanding of networking concepts and cloud fundamentals.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed environments.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with high-availability system design.

• Familiarity with Azure and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.

• Background in administration and system operations.
