Software Development Project Lead

We are looking for a Software Development Project Lead who will play a key role in ensuring that our software development projects are delivered on time, to quality standards. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, the product team, and the development team. Understand new requirements, planning, assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure the team is performing optimally.

Job Description:

• Translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications.
• Facilitate project planning: define scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks to software team members based on skillset, capacity, and priority.
• Monitor development progress: track tasks.
• Ensure code quality via code reviews, adherence to best practices, testing standards, documentation.
• Report to management / CTO on project status: time estimates and progress.
• Ensure deliveries meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
• Ensure documentation is maintained for requirements, architecture, APIs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Proven track record in managing multiple software projects concurrently, from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Excellent understanding of software architectures, coding standards, version control, testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills, risk management, time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
