Responsibilities

  • Drive Innovation: You will champion a builder culture by experimenting with customers to find the best solutions for their problems, taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives, and collaborating across teams.
  • Embrace Customer Obsession: Deeply understand our customers' needs and pain points to inform the development of products and features that truly enhance their financial lives.

  • AI proficiency - Use AI to transform our capabilities and experiences. Ability to work with minimum guidance and thrive in a fast moving AI landscape

  • Designing and develop high quality, highly scalable & high performance distributed applications

  • Roughly 80-95% hands-on coding

  • Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics

  • Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers


Qualifications

  • BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience.

  • Solid grasp of software engineering fundamentals and their practical application

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLM operations, AI assistant, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI background, Machine Learning.

  • Strong experience in Object Oriented Programming in Java or Python. Both preferred.

  • Experience with any cloud vendors like AWS, GCP, Azure

  • "Self-starter"" attitude and ability to make decisions independently

  • Helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems

  • Strong desire to learn and grow

  • Excellent problem solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outstanding partnership skills
