Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and hands-on experience with workflow/project management tools such as Camunda, RTV, or similar platforms . The ideal candidate should bring domain knowledge in Insurance or BFSI , along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java and Spring Boot .
• Integrate and manage workflow automation tools (Camunda/RTV/others).
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Apply domain expertise in Insurance/BFSI processes to ensure business alignment.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code and ensure smooth workflow management.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in Java development .
• Strong expertise in the Spring Boot framework .
• Hands-on experience with Camunda, RTV, or similar workflow/project management tools .
• Domain expertise in Insurance or BFSI .
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills .
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
