Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Instrumentation & Automation Systems (IAS) Division. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI-driven and automation solutions that enhance industrial efficiency, predictive maintenance, and digital transformation across energy projects.
In addition, the role will support IT & Admin functions, ensuring smooth operation, security, and optimization of company systems, networks, and digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation:
- Lead the full lifecycle of automation projects (RPA, intelligent automation) — from discovery and design through implementation and optimization.
- Design and implement AI/ML models for system monitoring, predictive analysis, system simulations, incident response, and resource allocation.
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premises systems for seamless operation.
- Develop and maintain APIs to enable AI model integration with enterprise applications and databases.
- Ensure all AI and automation data pipelines adhere to strict security, data governance, and compliance standards.
- Perform system administration and maintenance of deployed AI solutions and automation platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the IAS team to align AI solutions with project and client requirements.
IT & Admin Support:
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of company servers, routers, and networking equipment.
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and user-related issues across departments.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and user access management are maintained.
- Oversee license renewals, antivirus updates, and IT asset tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repair, or upgrade of IT infrastructure.
- Support the Admin team in managing digital tools, office systems, and communication platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development, IT systems, and automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) and API integration.
- Good understanding of networking, system security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work across technical and administrative functions.
