What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain features for our Business Central ERP and integrated systems
  • Write clean, tested code and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Lead technical planning, risk management, and deployment for assigned projects
  • Support internal customers across departments with troubleshooting and enhancements
  • Learn new languages and tools to grow your development skills
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects and mentor junior developers

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software development (.NET, C#, SQL, AL/CAL, RDLC/SSRS)
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central
  • Experience with APIs, web services, source control (Git/TFS), and Azure DevOps
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Passion for learning, problem-solving, and teamwork
