Founding Engineer | AI Infrastructure | Seed-Stage Startup

I’m partnering with a seed-stage AI startup that’s building a universal data fabric — connecting legacy infrastructure with modern AI workloads. Backed by top-tier VCs and founded by engineers behind the Netflix Data Mesh and Splunk’s Kafka-based UBA engine , the team is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: making data infrastructure truly intelligent and interoperable.

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to own critical parts of the platform from day one — from the parsing engine to self-healing architecture . This is a rare opportunity to help define both the technology and the company’s trajectory.

What we’re looking for:

• Deep foundations in Compilers and Operating Systems (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience building distributed systems at scale
• Fluency in Java, C++, or Rust
• Startup mindset — hands-on, end-to-end ownership

Nice to have:

• Experience with streaming tech (Flink, Spark Streaming)
• Exposure to production ML/AI deployment
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
