About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java-based backend development and big data frameworks such as Apache Spark and Hadoop. The candidate should have practical experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and APIs, with proven exposure to ClickHouse for large-scale analytical workloads.

Roles & Responsibility: -

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and data processing pipelines using Java and Apache Spark.

Work with Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Oozie, etc.) for distributed data processing.

Optimize data storage, indexing, and query performance in ClickHouse for high-throughput analytical systems.

Drive application design and architecture

Apply test-driven development approach

Write unit/integration tests, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance in production environments.

Technical skills:

Strong proficiency in Java

Proficiency in Apache Spark

Hands-on experience with ClickHouse

Experience working with the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, YARN, Hive, Oozie, etc.).

Work Experience:

4+ years’ experience in a Backend role

Educational Qualification:

BE. / B.Tech., M.E./M.Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
