Job Description

Deep technical skills: Hands-on coding, debugging knowledge in Java, J2EE, Spring boot microservices, Spring batch, Postgres, Redis, GraphQL with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
GCP: Cloud Build and Cloud Run, Secret Manager, Pub Sub, Schedulers
Code Quality Tools: Fossa, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Cycode, 42Crunch
Strong team leadership: Mentorship, code reviews, support.
Proactive risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
Delivery focus: Meeting sprint goals, high-quality code.
Positive team attitude: Collaboration, knowledge sharing & Effective communication and ability to work in a large diverse team.
Experience of Software Engineering Craftmanship techniques and best practices
Practical understanding / usage of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Tekton)
Experience in API automation tool Newman and Jmeter.

Responsibilities

Experience piloting new technologies and designing implementation strategies
Experience designing and implementing enterprise best practices regarding existing or new technology/tooling
Experience of senior responsibilities including:

Dev Code Reviews
Change management
Building technical roadmaps/backlogs

Exposure or experience in the following Skills and Techniques:

Agile/PDO Ceremonies
People & Skills Coaching
Coordination and logistical planning
Business focused cascades of technical strategies and/or roadmaps

Experience using Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

Qualifications

B.E / BTech in Computer Science with 10+yrs of Experience in software development with Java/J2EE & GraphQL with knowledge of cloud platforms preferably GCP.
