The role of our highly skilled software engineers is pivotal in ensuring the products we deliver are fit for purpose and meet the quality and standards that our users expect.

About the Role:

The candidate will be encouraged to take a senior role in developing and supporting the various project initiatives of the Var Reporting team, within the Risk and Finance Lab. The candidate must have demonstrable C# and SQL skills with an understanding of Value at Risk preferred. A demonstrable knowledge of source code control and DevOps best practise is required. You'll need to be comfortable taking on a software development and maintenance role adhering to the full software development lifecycle. The candidate should be willing to embrace agile methodology and be able to engage with Product owners and fellow engineers.

In a fast paced development environment where multiple projects will need support in quality assurance and change control. You'll typically be working a business day from 09:00 to 17:00, with additional support needed out of ours for releases project work.
