Job Title: Software Engineer (Python)

Location: Karachi & Islamabad on-site, other cities will be remote.

Shift: 11 am to 8 pm

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling robust backend systems using Python and modern microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement high-performance, scalable micro services.
- Develop and maintain robust APIs using FastAPI.
- Optimise application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in Python.
- Web Frameworks: Deep hands-on experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
- Architecture: Proven track record of building and deploying Microservices.
- Backend Ecosystem: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- DevOps: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
