Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer (Fresher) with a strong foundation in full-stack development, software testing (QA), and an interest in AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, build, test, and deliver high-quality software in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of web applications using React.js and Node.js
• Assist in backend development using Express.js and MongoDB
• Execute manual testing and support automation efforts where required
• Identify, document, and help resolve defects
• Use AI-based tools to improve coding, testing, and learning efficiency
• Follow coding standards, version control, and SDLC processes
• Work closely with QA teams to bridge the gap between development and testing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Understanding of React.js and Node.js fundamentals
• Basic awareness of MongoDB or database concepts
• Clear understanding of software testing basics (SDLC, STLC, test cases, defects)
• Strong willingness to learn development from a QA-driven quality approach
• Familiarity with or interest in AI tools
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
