Software Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role located in Bengaluru. As a Software Engineer at Repliant AI, you will design, develop, and optimize back-end services and APIs to support AI-driven customer interaction solutions. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, troubleshoot and enhance existing software, and implement scalable, high-performance solutions. The role involves applying programming expertise and leveraging object-oriented programming to create innovative and efficient systems that meet functional and business requirements.

• Solid understanding of Computer Science principles and foundational programming concepts
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and experience with creating and optimizing APIs
• Strong skills in Software Development, including designing, testing, and deploying applications
• Hands-on expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and problem-solving methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Familiarity with AI-driven conversational systems or similar technologies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
