Office Time-3:00pm IST to 12:00am IST

Job Overview:

Sr Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Must have a strong background in software development, a passion for coding, and the ability to work on complex projects independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that align with project requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and system requirements.

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in various programming languages.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

· Research and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation and improve existing systems.

· Document software designs and technical specifications for reference and reporting.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members with all company policies and procedures.

· Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualification

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and/or Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

· 5+ years of experience as a software engineer

Work Complexity:

Problems and issues faced are difficult and complex, and may require understanding of broader set of issues. Problems typically involve consideration of multiple issues and understanding of the financial/mortgage industry. Problems are typically solved through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
