About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge in ETL, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence (BI). The ideal candidate should have hands-on academic or internship experience working with data pipelines, SQL, and reporting tools.

You will work with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build reliable data solutions that support analytics and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
• Assist in designing and implementing data warehouse schemas (Star & Snowflake)
• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation
• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and resolve performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data pipeline architecture
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts (Fact tables, Dimension tables, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, OLAP)
• Proficiency in SQL (joins, aggregations, subqueries, indexing basics)
• Basic programming knowledge (Python / SQL scripting preferred)
• Understanding of databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with at least one ETL tool (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.)
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Academic or internship project in Data Warehousing / BI
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices
